General Terms and Conditions of Narrah

§1 Scope and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (Section 13 German Civil Code – BGB).

§2 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of the Contract Text

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) When an order is placed in our online shop, the following applies: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.

The order process includes the following steps:

  1. Selection of the desired goods

  2. Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button

  3. Review of the shopping cart

  4. Clicking the “Checkout” button

  5. Logging in after registration and entering login details (email address and password)

  6. Final review and correction of entered data

  7. Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Buy now” or “Place order with obligation to pay” button

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer may return to the page where the customer’s details are recorded by using the “Back” button of the internet browser and correct any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the browser.

We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (“order confirmation”). With this confirmation, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text: We will send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions by email. The Terms and Conditions can also be viewed at any time at http://www.mynarrah.com. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.

(2) The consumer may choose payment by advance payment (bank transfer), direct debit, PayPal, or credit card (Visa).

(3) If advance payment has been selected, the consumer undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery shall take place no later than within 12 business days.

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank. For all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next business day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall pass to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer, even in the case of shipment.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
